The pleasant smell of freshly cooked dishes came from the kitchen and whetted the guests’ appetite, who could choose among rich and varied menus featuring both meat and fish specialities and tasty buffets.
That welcoming place was never affected by boredom. Some people spent whole days at the seaside, somebody went for pleasant cycle rides across the shaded pinewood forest while others visited the outstanding artistic and cultural masterpieces cherished by Ravenna and the rest of Italy.
All of a sudden, the sea horse was woken up by three starfishes and suddenly told them about his wonderful dream. When they heard his words, the three starfishes looked at each other and smiled. Then they said the sea horse: “That welcoming place you dreamt of really exists: it is Astor Hotel and is situated not far from here”
The curious sea horse came to the surface and looked in the direction of the beach. To his great astonishment, he saw the wonderful house he had dreamt of!
From that day onwards, the three starfishes called the sea horse ASTOR in order to celebrate the wonderful hotel of Lido di Classe.
